Well, we got the whispers today. Niceguy's boss pulled him aside to let him know, he's going to be converted to permanent employee around the end of the month!
WOOHOO!!!!!!!
Insurance, paid time off, a raise, and bonuses!!!!
I am so proud of him, there are no words.
