Not kidding, that tree was a pain in the butt to take down. Branches falling apart, lights everywhere, pole leaning into the furniture. *grumble*
I was so angry when I finished getting it all taken apart, I just threw it into the old box. I'll deal with it another day. Thinking about leaving a note in the building's laundry room, offering it away for free. While I love the tree, it was my Grandparent's, it's old, and falling apart. If there weren't lights to put on it, it would completely fall apart. *sigh* And because of the snow, I wasn't able to get a new tree for cheap after Christmas. Oh well, next year.
Was able to do a little bit of organizing today, but because of my broken sleep, I didn't have the energy to tough out the pantry. Maybe next weekend.
Roomie stopped in for a bit, and brought a friend. Was nice to see them. Been a while. She'll be home tomorrow and Wednesday, and I'm really looking forward to the company. Might even try to cook.... LOL! Kinda need food to do that though. Maybe I'll hit up the grocery store later tonight.
Well the kitchen and living room are clean now. Even had the energy to vacuum a little.
Need to go sweep the bathroom now.... Anyone want a Christmas tree?
