Life is great!

Not much going on really. Some follow up to my last post, I suppose.

Mr. Niceguy:

Did I mention how wonderful he is? I'm pretty sure I did, so I'll spare you the googly stuff. He's awesome! I love him! That about covers it. =) He brought home my favorite beer tonight, and his reason? Because I'm awesome. His words. *teehee*
He's now on his third trip out. lol, He went to get cash for lunches tomorrow, brought home my raspberry beer, but forgot cigarettes. He went to get cigarettes, and forgot the potatoes for dinner. I tried to convince him it was okay, but he bolted again. *shrug* He's determined, what can I say. lol 3 trips in 30 minutes, wow!

Money:

Finally out of the negative. Granted I only have $12, but I get paid soon. Yay! I'll be able to pay all my bills, and still have enough left over to survive. Looking forward to putting some money in savings soon. Probably in the next few months. Niceguy is out of the hole too. Far better than I am. That's how we've kept my account in the positive. Not forgetting some random screw-ups with the temp-agency he's employed through, we're still doing okay. Hoping this is the last month we'll be late on rent. I really have to give thanks to this apartment complex. They have been so understanding. I'm sure a lot of it is related to how up-front and honest Niceguy is with them. If you explain, they really don't seem to mind. It's awesome! Most places would have kicked us out after being two weeks late. We've been a month late, and they are totally fine with it. WILD!

Work:

Well, my boss got the boot. *shrug* Not much to say about that.
Otherwise, work is good. I'm keeping up just fine without copious amounts of overtime which is nice. Still a bit of stress, but it's passing. That, and the project I've been working on for two months is almost at an end, so things are finally running smoothly with it. YAY!

Other stuff:

We haven't been camping or to the beach in over a month. We're both anxious to go soon. Probably after next payday. Campgrounds should have more availability then. We hope.... We'll see.

So all is well. =) Need to get started on dinner.
